Who says Tiesto can't play either?

You know, they both have the same US booking agency...AM Only. :p

OK OK...I know it probably won't happen, but damn will I look smart if it does ;)

Oh please, grow up.

If you didn't notice the dance music scene in the US is still tiny, and one of the few segments of the population that's been into it for a long time is the gay one, hence lots of gay bars have floors.

I don't understand why straight people would have a problem going to a normally gay bar to see a show. I go to Necto in Ann Arbor regularly, and they have gay events there weekly, that doesn't seem to stop people...

My friends in Kalamazoo all go to a gay bar to dance every week since it's the only place in town, and they're *all straight* (meanwhile I haven't been, and I'm gay, go figure...) and have yet to relay any horror stories. Sure, they'll get hit on once in a while, but if just being hit on by a guy bothers you *that* much you've probably got some issues.

If you're going to let irrational fears get in the way of a good time it's your loss...but I still have to say it's silly.

Last time Tiesto was here, he played at the Mezzanine...amazing sound system....

The place got so packed the Fire Marshal came and forced tons of people to wait outside until the place clear out.....and then it got SOOOOOOOOOO hot with so many people being packed in, condensation formed big-time on the ceiling. It was literally drizzling inside the place from the condensation.

Hope this time, they have better crowd control.

Couldn't agree more. Tiësto was voted the #1 DJ -- suck it up for a night. The opportunity to see Tiësto doesn't come all that often in the US.

i didn't get it. but i am with you.
for the rest of us who live in or near houston this can be a plan.
my brother's frat had a party at rich's last time. one of the brother's stood out at near the entrace and everytime some gay guy came buy he would tell them that club is straight for once and then the gay guy would look at the line with a lot of hot girls and go away. belive me they won't want to be there if there are more girls there, so try bringing a lot of girls with you prefebly hot ones than send them over my way.

LOL, I'm not homophobic. I just think its stupid to have such a big Dj at a bar. So tell me more about Rich's. How big is it? If its small, theres no point in going...
