Well at least someone is on somewhat the right track.
To be the lame, prude etc...old guy knows best, here's what a human body naturally would find beneficial:
1) some type of low sugar fruit like lemon or grapefruit. Your body fast, cleanses and repairs while you sleep. These types of fruits support healthy elimination which is the next step.
2) Herbal tea - espectially Green tea, especially japanese Green Tea (sen cha). One of the most potent anti-oxidants. Drink tonnes. Also, when you sleep, 30-50% of the blood in your body goes to your liver and pancreas. Tea slowly prepares them for reurning to the digestive functions (among the 400 other functions that the liver performs).
3) if you can get in the habit of doing this right when you get up, it takes no time. Then get into the oatmeal, wholegrain toast, millet, cereals - whatever.
I realize not everyone cares, but if you do, you certainly decrease your risk of getting things like cancer later on. Also, everything else head to toe functions better with a clean colon, and a properly funtioning digestive system
To your health.

Breakfeast hey?
Usually whoevers laying in bed next to me ;)
Nah, depends on whether I am working a Evening/Morning shift.
Morning shift sees me normally having a caramel machiotto and bacon and egg panini from starbucks.
Evening shift sees me only wake up round 11-12ish, so i essentially skip brekkie, usually having cheese snackwhiches for brunch :D |

- 1 whole egg + 3 whites. I hate when another yolk breaks when I'm separating it in my Egg Separator w/ 2 slics of bread.
- 2 Weet-Bix + milk, but a cup milk if I don't have Weet-Bix |
