just draw in an automation, like you would for any other control. |

Yeah I think you gotta make sure you've created a sequencer track for the reverb unit before you can edit automation.. a mistake that is sometimes made. |

True. I spent months wondering why I couldn't create automation for FX devices and all that time the answer was right under my nose... |

K. I am still sortof a newbie, so when you create the pattern in it's matrix sequencer (you make it so that its a slope up for like abuildup lets say right?) for the reverb or whatever effect you want, how do you make it apply to the song or to certain sounds?
Do you go, copy pattern to track and put it in the matrx sequencer (that wouldnt make any sence because it isn't effecting any sound)?
Do you jsut create a new reverb panel and then adjust the reverb aux knob on the mixer?
Once you get it to build up how do you get it to stop reverbing like that?
It would be great if you guys could give mea hand with this, I read this post and have been trying to learn how to do this since the post came up.
Thanks! :) |

lol, we have all been there - it literally took me staring at the screen for 40 minutes or so trying to work it out - then i just thought about it logically - how can i automate a dial if i have no-where to draw the automation - then it all became clear ;) |
