Does anyone know of any free host that offer 150+ MB of web space and at least a 2MB limit on file uploads? Oh, I also need something permenant and not for just like 1 month like many of them offer...
Thank you in advance :) |

| might be easier to get the world with a fence around it brotha. You're asking for alot and you get what you pay for so just cough up some cash and purchase the hosting. |

| Dude, you can get like 500mb w/ 20gb or so of transfer for around $4 a month. Not everything is free. |

Agreed. For a long time I was cheap and went from free host to free host. Then I grew up, and bought an account. A good host is FAR more reliable, fast, and feature filled than ANY free host (unless its your friend or something).

| you can download apache server & host whatever you want off your own computer. that's probably the best thing if you want it for free. |

Also more than likely against your ISP's TOS. I'd check that before considering doing that. Most dsl its ok, but most cable it is certainly not. Its not near as good as a real host with servers flooded with fast, reliable bandwith..

If you buy a 2 year commitment from www.ipowerweb.com you pay (up front) $6.95 a month for 500MB disk/30GB month traffic/300 POP3 mail accounts and free domain name registration. Their service is fast, reliable, and their customer service is great.
I signed up for the one year plan at a grand total of $96 dollars.
