You know, I may not be a Supreme TranceAddict, but I know a lot for various types of dance&electronica genres, with a collection of music that spans over 400 livesets, 500 audio CDs, 650 music videos, and over 10,000 MP3s. I've tried everything [my sig]. So I know more than just the "slutty surface". Kylie has had a good impression on me back in the mid 90s.
Her songs "Closer", "Breathe" helped me onto the early trance scene to discover thacks like Nalin & Kane - Beachball & Lustral - Everytime, Camisra - Let Me Show You. I think FEVER CD has been a big disappointment, in which she tried to be a POP icon, which she wasnt in earlier days ..... She actually had some nice songs with strong lyrics and message. I guess you dont know that. She actually grouped up with some great electronica artists liek Deep Dish and some other ones to produce some great tunes ..... did you know that? |

| There's good cheese and there's bad cheese. Even the cheese that I used to listen, I still sometimes refer to those tracks, cause I respect the roots of music, the roots of electronica and dance music. I dont just spit at them and delete them. I once in a while tune in to those classics and remember the times when I wasnt a tranceaddict. Huh, .... :disbelief |

| DJ Sammy is actually an old music artist. Back in '96 he produces some real good quality techno and rave songs. In late 90s, and 00s he got swept by that awful eurodance wave that now disgusts me. Eurodance is widely considered to be the music for gay people, plus its annoying, boring and same .... |

OK, I admit it, dam it, her Fever CD was a complete cheese .... I wish she either changes into trance scene or goes back to her pre-2000 music style .... Please, Kylie, if you can hear me, DO IT!!! No more Can't-get-you-out-of-my-head song critics! No more sluttish remarks about you! Please, do it for daddy .... |

Agreed.
On the topic, I don't really care for her originals except for their "fun" value and I don't like a lot of the remixes people do of her tracks but they seem to have a lot of fans so that's cool. |

Unfortunately it is also the album that flopped big time. She got dropped by her label cos of the poor sales of that album. |

| I have a very reasonable and interesting idea. What if Kylie switched into trance music? Lets say her next album will be a trance one. How much is that gonna change the dance music scene? Well consider this. There is a huge spotlight at the moment on Kylie, and people and critics listen to and judge her music (like the new Moby CD was criticised). Because she is popular, the new trance album could generate more publicity, make new fans and convert those people who listened to her older and current music to trance! Wouldn't that be great? |
