Great work John, sounds cool. Really 'floaty' as one would say :) I would love to see a more distinctive kick though... It works, but imo could be better. Nice lead and drive as well.
Well, I like this one more than your techy mix, but that's my taste ;)

My style of track to open a set with. Hopefully the kick is hard enough to sound sweet over the club system :) Will get back to you in about 2-3 weeks after it gets played =)

Bit late, but...
Sounds good - main lead is very fitting to the original work, piano fits in well too, everything flows together well...
Couple of minor gripes though - the reverse clap, in my opinion, doesn't fit in too well, it seems to stand out from the rest of the percs. And I think a different snare sample would work better.
Apart from that though, definitely a remix worthy of the original. :D |

Hey, this is amazing remix John!!! How have i managed to miss this? I'm probably getting blind or somethn.. :eyespop:
This flows on very nicely and i love all the additions you have done to it. There's nothing i don't like in this mix. Pure brilliance, equals IMO with original or might even be a bit better (sorry MaRt ;) ).

Awesome track; haven't heard the original but I really enjoyed this mix of it. My only qualm would be the kick (as someone else mentioned); it's fine and all, but I think a dif kick would be better.
One way or another this is great. |

Listening to John OC's remix, AGAIN, and am flying, AGAIN.
This is easily the most emotional trance song i've ever heard.
Comment - The kick is perfect, just pumpy enuf, not overpowering.
Beautiful claps too. |
