Sleeping pills won't give you a full resting sleep.
Try having a beer or two and then go to bed. That should make you sleepy. |

Sleeping pills suck. You might as well just not sleep at all. Atleast for me, I don't feel the least bit rested when I wake up after using them.
I must agree weed is the best sleep inducer. I've had a hell of a time going to sleep since I quit. |

| If you're not falling asleep, who cares. Then don't sleep! Just read or play computer games or study or something. I do it all the time. |

| If you have video games console, and you like RPGs, lie down and play a game....eventually you will pass out....hopefully you'll have someone else in the house to turn the TV and system for you tho... :)I play ChronoCross every night (trying to get every piece of Rainbow/Prism equipment) and i always pass out, waking up the next morning to find the game still running and the tv on  hopefully the light bill wont be too high this month..... |

| don't think about falling asleep. relax your eyes, relax your body, relax your mind. think about positive things, maybe even kittens. lie on your back, relaxed. think positive... you're drifting off..... |

Nyquil is also good, and so is Benedryll allergy. |
