Sleeping pills won't give you a full resting sleep.

Try having a beer or two and then go to bed. That should make you sleepy.
Omegasox
Sleeping pills suck. You might as well just not sleep at all. Atleast for me, I don't feel the least bit rested when I wake up after using them.

I must agree weed is the best sleep inducer. I've had a hell of a time going to sleep since I quit.

smoke 3 joints and 3 shots of tequilla that shoul make you fall in a deep slumber..

If you're not falling asleep, who cares. Then don't sleep! Just read or play computer games or study or something. I do it all the time.

If you have video games console, and you like RPGs, lie down and play a game....eventually you will pass out....hopefully you'll have someone else in the house to turn the TV and system for you tho... :)I play ChronoCross every night (trying to get every piece of Rainbow/Prism equipment) and i always pass out, waking up the next morning to find the game still running and the tv on  hopefully the light bill wont be too high this month.....

don't think about falling asleep. relax your eyes, relax your body, relax your mind. think about positive things, maybe even kittens. lie on your back, relaxed. think positive... you're drifting off.....
