Alucard - Silent Hill..deep prog

as per usual around halloween time i like to make a track that has both spooky and beaty sounds to it:
Alucard - Silent Hill
keeps the wonderfully dark feeling to this game with a nice prog beat, waivering in and out of darkness and light..with a hypnotic yet spooky piano and those ever deep and creepy vocals...
to any one who has played the serious on playstation i promise this to be a treat, especially if you played silent hill2: from the air sirens to the crackling radio static to the monster movement sounds..grrr...haha |

I'm not sure why, but the first 23 seconds sounds too jumbled. Almost not crisp enough or something, fuzzy`ish. I know nothing about production so it's hard for me to put it into words.
After and including the breakdown tho, it's ing amazing! I love it. :D |

well seeing as it is only a clip it kinna starts in a mess, teh full track doesnt
and its radio static in the background..too create teh silent hill effect glad you liked |

wow!!
i've never played Silent Hill, so i'm not sure how much is from the soundtrack - but this is very good, sounds really powerful after the sirens :) lots of different elements combining really well to make something quite intense.
however - i don;t like the snare sound you've used, it seems to stick out in the mix too much - and doesn't really mesh with the rest of the samples. I love this track though |

This track rules! probably the best track i've heard posted in this forum. Please post a full version when you're finished, better yet make the full version 15 minutes long cause I could never get sick of this.
I recognize that voice sample from somewhere in Silent Hill 2.. is it his wife? (I only played the game for 8 hours so i don't remember much) |

i tried to encapsulate teh game as much as a i could
and jmf..haha...i had it on loop about 10 times while trying to go to sleep last nigh too...i find the melody very hypnotising..this is the first track i have made taht has done this.

The full version is 11:30 long and has more of mary in it and ends with a chill in the end
oooweeeooo
got some little tweaks here and there to finish then ill havea full one up
