Any good parties going on between Tuesday and Thursday nights this week?
Any happening places that play trance in NYC on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night? (I'm leaving on Friday afternoon).

Not much trance other than Guernica, but these might be worth checking out
Homegrown on Tuesday (tonight), at Sin Sin/Leopard Lounge - not much trance, but great DJ's playing progressive and tech house
Wednesday - Guernica !!! New trance party - maximum support needed
also, Lee Burridge will be at Virgin Megastore, Union Square, 6:30 pm
Thursday - Joeski & Onionz @ Discotheque and/or
Trendroid & Kazell @ Filter 14
There might also be Friday am afterhours at SX 137
I wonder if Avalon has anything on Thurs night. There is an after-work event there, but mostly hip-hop will be played, and the crowd will be mostly Asian (if that matters to you).
The venue (formerly known as Limelight) is legendary, and might be worth checking out just for that.

I'm going to try to hit up the BT show @ 8pm @ the Virgin store. Hopefully it is good (I've seen BT in TO a number of times and I've always been impressed). |

I just met BT about 30 minutes ago!!!! :D
I'm in NYC for business and I heard that BT was doing a laptop symphony at the Virgin Megastore - so I went down - he played - and then I got my copy of his new CD signed.
BT is an awesome guy - very nice/down to earth!! Go buy his record! |
