wim this is excellent, i really like it :)
very solid track, nice icone sounds and well produced.
i am just going to say some comments as i listen: ;)
the kick is very heavy,its a good icone kick but a kick with more bass and less 'thud' in it, like a rounder kick if u agree?
the bass is good, once again typical icone :) i would like to see u experiment with more synthy basses that delay and pan on each ear, very nice smooth basses and less of the angry 16th's arpeggiated basses :cool: it cud really develop your sound :eek:
strings are cool, very nice sequence. maybe more of a fat pad sound instead of natrual strings, like jp8000 type full waaaaa kinda pads u get me :thepirate
the riff is cool, a bit similar to sintra-do u see the similarities? especially in the 2nd break. also i think it is time to use a different synth than pro53.its an amazing synth but i look forward to hearing u use different leads in your tracks...it will bring a great change and make your works fresh
but overall a fantastic track. i want to hear your talent and imagination being used with different concepts :tongue2 |

Hi Wim, just some feedback on your track mate :)
Bass drum is nice and pounding, no loose frequencys at the bottom making it nice and solid, drums are cool. All the little fx near the start make the difference. I think the sub bass should be Lo passed a tad to stop it colliding with the mid bass. Nice build melody, and i quite like the way it breaks down. Not keen on the binary finary kinda sample as it goes into the break. Strings are quite nice, maybe eq the bass on that bottom pad slightly more to add a bit of richness to it. All is good so far! Snare isn't as bad as luke said... :P
I think its missing a general climax when it breaks in, not totally sure what its missing, but either way thats just my general feeling.
After listening to the entire track... all i can say, is that some more little bass drops and what not wouldn't go a miss. And maybe some kinda liquidy sounds durring the track generally.
Being that i produce a different style of trance, these are my thoughts from that view...
I do like the track... but it doesnt beat ur exposure remix :P

An over all nice track but someof the high end EQ was hurting my ears a tad :p
nice melody, the bass sounds ok but I agree something a bit harder in the bass department would suit the track better.
Nice overall.

After listening a few times, I dont think its the actual eq of the whole mix but I'm definatly getting a bit of interferance from somewhere, like a slight hissing sound that seems to originate from the more reverbed elements of the track.
Anyone else noticed this or is it just my speakers maybe ? |

Could be, I'll check the reverb settings of the synths in my mix.
