HL2 delayed

The previously announced September 30th release date for Half-Life 2 is being pushed back. We are currently targeting a holiday release, but do not have a specific "in-store" date to share at this time. We will release that information as soon as we have confirmed a new date. (link)
my friend and i was thinking about this today when we went to EB... since no gold annoucement has been made, yet a rls date of sept 30th? WTF
Oh well, my 8500 will live for a little longer :D |

| Valves marketing strategy will no doubt push it for a xmas release, even if it is completed and ready to ship atm. Wudnt you rather get it as a gift, rather than fork out 4 it yourself. ;) |

Uh, yeah that would be nice...unfortunately I put $10 on a reserve for it and now I'm gonna be stuck with buying it. |

I can assure you there is no such Half-Life 2 delay, and that details
regarding the release will be made public in coming days. Expect the
tech-demo and SDK to be released on or prior to the 30th.

I also saw it for the first time today... Amazing!!! Eye candy!! :D
btw... the people @ Planet Half-Life have already made a small Flash-movie about the delay. Funny ! :tongue2

Even when it comes out, its going to be extremely gay that they are FORCING everyone to use steam.

| See what did I say I told you that I got the information over the summer.. Vivendi Publishers even themselves said it was going to be delayed.. and I trust the publishers because they are the ones that control the product when it should arrive and what not. It should arrive around november my sources say nove 19th.. around that time.. I suggest you pre order your all at ebgames because they are more accurate then any other gaming store. |
