al pacino in donnie brasco is amazing.
as he is in all his other films. de niro is also a brilliant actor who can do comedy amongst other thing, but i just think pacino is better for various reasons which i myself am not sure.

| DeNiro is the far better actor. He has successfully been able to expand his genres of movies, and that is somehthing I can really respect. He hasn't allowed himself to become typecast. |

there is no actor in the world who comes close to these two. but seperating them is very hard. |

Love Pacino's final scene in The Devils Advocate and the scene with both of them in Heat is pure gold also.
But to pick one of them...
I guess De Niro deserves respect for doing different genres more than Al does... |
