What do you do if you get ripped off online

2 online stores ripped me off.:mad: i don't know what to do.
Have you guys got ripped off online??
and what did you do about it?
do i just report my bank(i used atm card), and tell them to cancel the charges? |

they were
dotvinyl
and dmf
dotvinyl charged me when i placed order, and dmf said they charge when they ship. but i haven't gotten anything from them. its been 2 months since i placed orders.
i send bunch of e-mails, no reply, i called them, don't pick up.
i can't even send e-mail to dotvinyl anymore, it says their security proof or something is expired and asks me if i want continue. and if i do send it through thier website, it says i have incorrect e-mail address. So wacth out guys, if you buy records online. |

| the easiest thing to do is call your credit card and dispute the charge. they will refund your purchase and actually go after the companies that falsely charged you. |

you should have gotten your order by now.
contact your 'Better Business Bureau' submit a complaint or call them up.
its too bad your stuff hasnt arrived. :(
hopefully you can get it sorted out. |
