What do you do if you get ripped off online

2 online stores ripped me off.:mad: i don't know what to do.
Have you guys got ripped off online??
and what did you do about it?
do i just report my bank(i used atm card), and tell them to cancel the charges?

and dmf
dotvinyl charged me when i placed order, and dmf said they charge when they ship. but i haven't gotten anything from them. its been 2 months since i placed orders.
i send bunch of e-mails, no reply, i called them, don't pick up.
i can't even send e-mail to dotvinyl anymore, it says their security proof or something is expired and asks me if i want continue. and if i do send it through thier website, it says i have incorrect e-mail address. So wacth out guys, if you buy records online.

the easiest thing to do is call your credit card and dispute the charge. they will refund your purchase and actually go after the companies that falsely charged you.

contact your 'Better Business Bureau' submit a complaint or call them up.

its too bad your stuff hasnt arrived. :(
