I find myself exercising a lot, and basically 100% of the time during my workouts, I listen to electronic music...

My question is simply, what is your exersice of choise, and of course;

What do you listen to whilist exercising?

I find that The Prodigy - Music For The Jilted Generation and Experience albums are top notch for working out, this music just pumps your body with energy! Also a little something from Dumonde doesn't hurt!

What is this "exercise" you speak of?

I listen to uplifting vocal tracks something to take your attenton but doesn't tire you by it self. I find traditional instrumental trance too tiring to listen while working out .

Some experiences from when I work out:

Don't listen to prog house or anything semi-slow in beat like that.

Listen to psy or hard trance.

For obvious reasons, make sure it's a live set or mix CD :D
