Sorry I have no additional info at all, except it's from an afterclub in Belgium, The Maxx. The liveset i ripped it from is full of classics like 'human force - oddyssey3000' and 'sasha - xpander'....
Anyway, here's the sample:

Aw, sorry about that, I didn't listen to it when I posted it. I listened now and it's pretty loud indeed.

Yes it is!!!
Damn, I had that on my HD all that time. The CD you speak about is probably Serious Beats 16, it's track 15 and the year was 1995 (says the tag on my mp3).
