i would doubt it very much that Phil actually knows that we're waiting on him. Let alone posting on TA as of late.
IMO, we should move on unless ofcourse Mr_Sick have heared from him and expecting delays. |

| there were only like 3 or 4 judges, leaving out phill's scores could have a big change on the scoring and more importantly (imo) could leave out some valuable feedback. |
