Does any one know anything about "tksoxy.exe"?
Ok, I just downloaded the windows update from microsoft. (This might not have anything to do with the problem). After downloading the updates it told me to restart the computer, which I did. But when my computer tried to start back up, it messed up and frose. So i restarted it manualy. The start up checked to see if the computer lost any memory, and was fine. The problem is though, after it started back up, i try and use any program on my computer(I mean any), except internet explorer which works. When trying to use the programs this box pops up saying, first, at the top- "Program not found" and then in the main box; "Windows cannot find tksoxy.exe This program is needed for opening files of type 'Application'". Then it gives me a chance to locate it underneath that. Whats the deal? It kinda hampers on listening to music and getting music for that matter. If anyone could help me out that would be asome. Uhhh, u DID update from the windows update site and not an email or newsgroup post didnt u? If u did install something from an email/newsgroup, it wasnt made by microsoft.
U could be unlucky (or stupid if it was the email thing) enough to have got a new virus/trojan that nobody knows about yet. |
