Great night!!! Lee Burridge spun some banging hard prog with a lot of wicked buildups. He also threw down some tracks with breaks and trance elements. I don't know when he started because I got there just after 2am and he was already spinning. Not too sure but I think he stepped off the decks around 5:15 - 5:30 am. I only spent 4 hours there that night but left with my legs feeling like jello. I'll definitely go to hear him spin again.

Lates...

1-5:something... so 4 hours of great tunes, with 3 of those hours being just the pure destruction of mind, body and soul.

Two thumbs up!

Burridge was excellent as I expected. I've seen him many a time at Fabric (usually as Tyrant) but he held his own well Sat night. Similar to how he played at Smirnoff though that was as Tyrant as well. He started about 1:45 and played off Oliver's last few tracks which were pretty standard prog tracks - nothing that would make me jump up and dance but they had a nice feel to them. An hour or two into his set and he picked up the pace and started to pump out some more darker, harder dance-floor moving tracks. He kept it up until about 5:30 so got a few good solid hours from him. Guvt was quite packed for this event, didn't realize it would be so busy - not everyone is familiar with Burridge so figured it'd be an ok turnout but it was definitely rammed in there for awhile.
