Just asking because I have been talk to one girl from Florida and I am thinking that I might go meet her soon.

Hahahaha get used to it. It's going to be asked until dirty deed is done. Next obvious question ... when did you propose ;)? This is the first I've heard of it ... but then again I don't frequent the toronto forums much. |

We got engaged 2 years ago. And you don't propose in mid eastern cultures, you have to ask her parents (yeah lame). Don't think this was arranged or something, I got to know her for a good year and a half, then we both decided that I should talk with her parents...

Oops right ... montreal heh. Yea if I decide to marry my gf, I would have to get her parents permission as well (not quite the same i know). She's latina and her parents are more or less very formal/proper. |
