i made the melody for this song like 2 months ago, i think the melody is really good. when i first made it, i wasnt too good at producing but since that time i have learned to add extra elements that make the song better, i think this one is pretty good, it is the full song, 7:01, 9.6mb, give me some feedback please =)

Hadi man...definetly a far cry from the first time you ever sent me a song. I'm a fan of some old school 80's music, and I love some of the instruments you added. It also has that slow mature sound, in progressive trance. (BTW, I know you span some cool sets! I used to listen to you sets in my bed room, blasting it!)
Okay - no biasness. Let's get to the point. SO far your synth programming has gotten better. Some good light pads, and a smooth 'mellow' feel. The intro bass wasn't bad, but perhaps it needed more FX? Well, keep it simple I guess.
But - this is your early work - I can't really find anything bad to say about this. It's obvious you put a lot of effort into this. If you were lazy, and shipped this out fast, I'd chew it up, but it's definetly interesting. A style I haven't heard on Tranceaddict. Like a Progressive Hyrbrid or something! Good going man!

| very dreamy melody around 4 minutes when all the elements come together. i love it. i think you could speed up the transistions a bit more and make the song get quicker to the good stuff. maybe add some cool hi hats too. this song will sound really pro once you get some technical stuff taken care of. overall awesome for one of your first productions!!!:toocool: |

you know my opinion of this piece of beauty.. im already workin on my remix of it! From the first second i heard that dreamy melody i wanted to get in on that stuf! I agree with cleaning it up perc and such.. but you know where to reach me lol..

I heard an earlier version of this, but I had a good listen to this one and it's pretty sweet. I'm no producer so I'm not sure what to say about the technical side, I'll leave that to others. To me, this sounds like a cross between Momu and Planisphere. I imagine you'd take that as a compliment. ;)
The melody is definitely good. The only element I don't really love is the percussion bit that sounds like someone tapping something really quickly. It kinda annoyed me after a while and took away from the surreal feel. Nice work overall, keep it up. |

thanks =). that melody i made, i wanted to maek it like a planisphere melody that lvee uses in those massive break downs, i also want to add more pads (the long deep sounds that come in the breakdown) some higher pitched ones, that clicking percussion, i am probably going to take it out because i realize i dont like it that much either. this song is really an incomplete version. going to add more of course, always room to make it better, thanks for the feedback =) |

good work, you're improving :)
i like the melody, those noisy panning synths are cool too, makes it dark.
the beat is a bit muffled, the kick can hardly be heard compared to the snare. definately work a bit on the beat, but all in all good stuff
keep it up :D |

Really good track (especially the melody!), I clearly see the Momu influence ;) Only got 2 criticisms:
1) If you're going for the Planisphere effect at the breakdown, I think you're doing it a bit wrong. You have to use the short melody and build it to the longer version, then when the beat comes in its the short melody again. What you did is play the long melody once at the beginning of the breakdown and then the short melody for the rest of it then the long melody comes back when the beat comes in. Not sure if that makes sense, but make of it what you can.
2) It seems like you need a little more atmosphere in the track.
Other than that, good stuff. I'm diggin the style. Use the finished track in your sets :p |
