I find that if I put on a nice soothing trance CD I sleep a lot better and actually have more enjoyable dreams...its very odd, I know. So every night I have to put in a CD in the player and drift away. I love the ISOS series, Progressive Euphoria, and the Global Underground series...
anyone else do the same thing? or am i just a wierdo? |

| i always listen to tracne to get tired, but i cant sleep with music on so i always end up turning it off right beforei fall asleep. |

Yeah, I use chillout/ambient CDs to goto sleep all the time. Then I wake up with my headphones on and start jamming all over again!
Sasha- Airdrawndagger is also a good album to do this with.
You can get so much more out of the music if you just close your eyes, free your mind and let it carry you away. |

Man if your weird cos of this, I'm the weirdest of them all, I now find it hard to sleep without music, pretty much if I am awake, I'm listenin to Hard Trance, if I'm chilled or goin to sleep, I'm listenin to Trance, sometimes Ambiet Trance aswell, its so dam nice.

i'm so used to listening to music before i got to sleep that i can't do it without it anymore.
some of my favs for sleep are
orbital - halcyon on and on
salt tank - Eugina (sargasso sea or pacific diva remix)
salt tank - angel's landing (jose padilla remix)
what i find my self listening to alot now tho is the soundtrack to the movie "Solaris" its done all by cliff martinez. alot of the songs sound the same, but they are all soooo chilled and soothing. great dreamy stuff. |
