Anyone got any recommendations on how to get rid of this crap faster?

Nope, strange someone still hasn't made a cure for this yet!

lay in bed, take a few hot whiskies.

maybe lay on ur couch and rent a few videos and that'll pass ur day a little quicker..

Antioxidant power - green tea and Vitamin C works well (as well as leafy veggies). Rest more, get a little more sleep at night, use a vaporizer, lower your stress levels (stress is related to sickness), and cut down on smoking if you are a smoker (or stop it altogether if possible). Zinc may help, but the research is inconclusive. Take some Niquil or FluAid type-drink before going to bed so it will knock you out cold. Will help you breathe better and give you a more restful sleep.

Take some nyquil....you'll pass out for like 12 hours, ..but you'll feel great when you wake up.

you guys clearly haven't been to canada recently hehehe. when he means cold he means freezing cold, not a breeze on a rainy day. he means freeking winter frost fogging the car window in the morning and smoke comming out of the sewer hole in the street kinda cold. hehehe
