For those DTAs going to Toronto next week for PVD/Deep Dish, has anybody found a Ticketmaster location to buy tickets? I tried Marshall Fields and another place and they couldn't access the Toronto database.
I don't want to have to go to Windsor just to get tickets and I don't want to use TicketFast since some people from Toronto said it doesn't work well at Guvernment/Kool Haus. |

When me and DRC went to Toronto last winter, here's what we did.
1. Ordered the tickets online from Ticketmaster.com
2. Theres a Ticketmaster pick-up window right by the underground mall (kinda outside of Hard Rock). We picked up our tickets there. All you need is the receipt and ID.
Hope this helps. It could be a last resort, or something. |

It's not so much that Ticketfast doesn't work well as it is that it doesn't work smoothly at Guvernment/Kool Haus. I used ticketFast for Labour of Love last month, and they didn't seem to know how to process it--I was pointed vaguely from the ticket line to some lady in front of the stage. In the end, I ended up getting in without anyone scanning my ticket like they're supposed to--I could have saved $30 by making something that vaguely looked like a ticketFast ticket and still gotten in. |
