hey greg, long time no see/talk :p
i use to dislike the foldable phones but once i got a foldable one of my own, i dont think i can ever go back to the stick kind lol! i use to be one of those ppl whod compulsively tho accidently call ppl w/o realizing it cuz my phone would be in my bag or something and just dial away on its own... lol. but since ive gotten a foldable phone those days are long gone! :) in general i cant understand why ppl would want it any other way now! :p but to each their own, i guess?!

Mine is neither and I like the design.
It has a door that covers the keypad and also works to reflect the voice into the mic. A lot like the old motorola flip phones.
All the new phones around are too physically small for me, but if I had to get a new one I would go with something that flips cause it is easier to answer/hang up.....you just open/close it and poof yer done. No pesky button pushing :D

that is the typical asian answer.. unfortunately we -europeans- are being votes out (by money) from the far-east/ us crowd.. it appears that one day I will have to buy a CHUNKY phone with poor user interface due to the folding JUNK..
sorry, i just don't understand why u just don't use the keylock on a stick phone. I have _NEVER_ called anybody accidently and I would _ALWAYS_ hate to 'open' my phone to use it. |

| i prefer the clamshell design. that way i don't have to worry about accidently making a call. i know there is a keygaurd on the other ones, but ... pft ... too much work. clamshell takes less room (normally) i thinks its better |
