| How many of you guys and girls have been to Ibiza? I can't wait until I am 18 and old enough to go. It looks like such an awesome place! |

i've been twice from straight from the UK. *tip: book ur holiday from there! dirt cheap, incl. flight and hotel etc!)
there's no words to describe it! magic, heaven, paradise...?
i've made a promise to myself to return every year!
...it's got it all and u can't enuf! best dj's, best scene, best and biggest clubs in the world, sun, beach, beautiful young, tanned n happy people from all over the world who are all there for the same reason! ... there's a vibe ... speachless! :crazy: :eyes: :D
u've got to experience it yourself!
best place to go is on the east coast, playa d'en bossa south of ibiza town. the water is crystal clear and the sand silky soft. that's where bora bora is, and space. there's a waterpark behind space. so when ur 'spaced out' you can chill and drool on the sunbeds there *usually me* :D or just go nuts, or you can just run across the street to bora bora and hit the beach foam party (which i usually don't have the nrg for!), chill in the sun and have a few dubes n cold beers! whatever pleases your heart it's all there for you! :wtf: :wtf: :eyes: :happy2:
and of course, not to forget, our famous cafe del mar!! in san antonio on the west coast where you can watch the most breathtaking sunsets ...to chilled house tunez...warm summer breeze, water sparkling like diamonds, sailboats lazily bobbing in the still summer evening's water ... the mood stirring for another intense nite out ... every nite! :D |

i wanna go to ibiza, but i hear theres alot better places out there.
i went to mykonos, greece two years ago and it was ing amazing. i hear Ios and Santorini are also very awsome places to party.
i also really wanna go to punto del este in uruguay. |

But imo it's a little over rated, and payin €50 to get into the big clubs just aint funny..
a friend mf mine went to majorca there a few weeks back for €430 for 2 weeks. and he said most clubs were free..
i'm sure ibiza's a great spot, but feckin hell, like.. €50 into a club then about €7 a drink?? catch urself on lads!!

| Id love to go next year. For those that have been there: how much would it cost to take a 2 week trip there? I dont need the pinnacle of luxury - a clean bed and prison shower are fine when you add up a decent hotel, getting into clubs, buying food (I am a picky eater, I try to eat healthy so Id prolly do my own grocery shopping, tho I can eat on a budget), etc, about where (ballpark estimate) would you end up for a whole two weeks? |

| If you wanne go clubbing and dancing to good dj´s there is no better places than Ibiza.. it's expencive, but still worth it. |

no, ur right i agree! these are the insane prices but mind you, you do get ur money's worth!
i don't care, for me, it's what i save up for, i know in advance that this is what i'll have to pay, but i also know that i will get kick ass quality (re. dj's, music) like nowhere else! i have been to santorini, myconos, crete, corfu, u name them > and yes it's beautiful there but there is something missing ... that special something you will only get on IBIZA >>the MAGIC!!
...even the greek and roman aristocrac(z)y (hehe)& nobility used to go to IBIZA for a 'proper' chill-out! it's been around ...and even then ppl already knew what's REAL good! :happy2:
(this is also where the greek myth of the sirens was born...and where there's a special energy due to the ley lines that are crossing just off the southern tip of the island...:tongue2) |

Ibiza is an amazing place... Def. nothing like it here in the states... Was there the first time this August/Sept...
Never had experienced a better vibe at a club than at the clubs there... esp. Pacha.
As for the $$ issue... It's really not as bad as everyone says.. Here in NY, covercharges range from $20-50 easily depending on the dj's... Its the same over there, plus you can always buy tickets instead of getting them at the door.. We never paid more than 35 euros to get in anywhere. Plus you make up $$ for it on other things...;) Avg price of candy 5-10 euros...
It is def. the best vacation I've ever been on, blew any spring break away I've done.

I'm definitely planning on going next summer. I just found out the other day that my father's uncle actually lives on the island. That's right, he doesn't visit Ibiza, he freakin' lives there all the time! Even though he's like 50 years old, and he's never met me, I wonder if he'd be willing to let his nephew's son come spend the summer with him? I'm gonna pass out from thinking of how cool it would be to just chill at a family member's house all summer in Ibiza while working a nice little day job to make some money and pay a rent, while partying away they weekends.
