I knnow this is a Trance website..
but I seriously hope that only PVD is even in the top 5 DJ's this year...
Quite simply, there has been no innovation to speak of...
Tiesto is a chode.
PVD is great, but I haven't heard anything about him since I saw him... and that was not that great the last time...
and Gabriel and Dresden are great producers... but umm, I hate their live sets...
My top 5:
Zabiela ( his track selection, which is already great... he rocks on the mixer and tables.. turntablism and proggy ROCKS.)
Howells I needn't explain... he's rocked so hard this year.
H-Foundation they are breaking up as of January 1, 04... it's their time to shine.

Slag G&D all you want but their livesets are VERY innovative. They often use alot of accapellas (spelling?) in their sets and mix alot of tunes together into 1 song (mash-up,bootleg,synergy..whatever you call it).
PvD's "reworks and edits" are a joke if you ask me. Adds his bassline, some claps & hi-hats and wam...Vandit whores grab it up like it's the best since sliced bread. :rolleyes: |

what I say Trance is finally making a come back and reaching those glory days of the late 90's... Its been a long time coming...
prog, its almost as bad and tekno..
It is monotonous, boring and the same beats repeated over and over with no rifts or proper sythns...
