...get rid of the viruses
i got this email thing that keeps on sending everyone emails from my box and i'm getting all these undeliverable messages. ing sucks
how do you get rid of it?
its sending out something under the subject of VdPr20 but thats my video producer software which came with my camera so that doesn ot have a virus.

Heres a tip, go out and buy norton ghost. Make an image of you machine (exact copy), back up you valuables (mp3's) on a separat hd and if you ever get a virus, fdisk it the boot up from that image you made with ghost...brings you back to what you had before.

Get a virus protection program. Most of them have a free 30 day trial. I use NortonAntivirus program cost $30, worth every pennny.
These programs can remove an existing virus and block incoming virus, even ones sent by email!

that's how i do it,
use second hardrive to back up image of system and your data.
btw, i use a hardrive tray that allows me remove my 2nd hardrive for safe |

| For 2 years i had 0 viruses without software, then i got KAK on my system (does it do anything?) i searched around, picked up all the pieces and zipped em up. Then installed virus protection software, and i've been collecting em ever since (only about 100 so far, only get ones that have attacked me) Funniest thing i got was this guy sending a hoax mail claiming that a deadly virus was circulating and trashed monitors and graphics cards! :rolleyes: some people eh? |

i removed it. at first it said that i can't remove it but it tells ou that you have to go to safe mode and do it in safe mode again and it worked!!! |
