for sure, its prog that'll get you moving!
futureshock - sparc is just one of the many tunes on his GU albums... that you guys should know |
How do you compare Tiesto with progressive sounds? He has never worked in that area, I think:rolleyes: |

| I want to see what the fuzz is about. I am downloading Nick Warren's Global Underground: 008 Brazil tonight. This better be worth my time and better be as good as you guys rant. Making a whole thread about how Nick Warren kicks Tiesto's ass ... better have some good bread to back up that whole thread. Hopefully I will wake up on time to burn a copy of the cd to take it to work, so I can then reply with another post. Lets see if Nick Warren is that good. |

| This thread makes me wanna go out and learn polish! :( Um.. I think Nick Warren and Tiesto are different from one another! I apppreciate what Warren does, and I'm personally a big fan of WOW, but Tiesto is better in my opinion! Maybe not lately, but overall, through production and djing, he's better than Warren. |

| It's stupid to compare Warren with Tiesto , they don't have the same style as i know |
|

| patticus |
| its also stupid to compare pvd and tiesto and oakie and armin, they all have different styles |

nick warren has always been known to be low profile and underrated dj of the world...
as far as technical talent, i would rate nick warren far higher than tiesto.. i've never heard warren make a mistake..
as far as choice of track.. i would also say warren..
to me, tiesto track choices are kinda bland.. and always the same.. whereas warren not..
although they used to differ in musical tastes, i wouldn't say they differ too much now.. |

i still havent seen a good argument for tiesto in this thread, which is funny because he's a god on this website |

| Tiesto does have the big floor fillers, but warren never puts a foot wrong, and put one of his songs in your tracklist and it will always uplift the listeners. A mix between the 2 would b very strange, but maybe a track made from the mix of styles, would b a new future track. Big beats and uplifting. |

I really don't think you can catagorize these two dj's into the same realm. Tiesto is the king of his genre...and Nick Warren is up there in the high ranks within deep prog. house and tech trance. I myself love Warren, and Tiesto as well, but from all the sets that I have heard from both of them, I have to say they are kings in the own right.

| i'd have to go with viceroy on this one... i honestly don't think you can compare the two... they are both world class producers... |
