Thought about this today.
What songs were hyped like mad on here, but after they'd been released were never spoken of before???

I think what he is referring to is songs that cause threads with headings like OMG! early on, yet when the release comes, you hear not a peep out of people. Yes, I would agree with "From the Heart" - People were posting all kinds of samples and stuff several months back. Now that it's being released, I've heard hardly a word. I know personally I was very disappointed with it - maybe others feel the same?
Definitely not Ligaya or As the Rush Comes. ATRC is still probably the most talked about song on these boards and although Ligaya did have love it or hate it reactions, I still hear it coming up in threads often.
Unfortunately I can't think of any to add - I know there's been a bunch, usually by well known producers too. |

ummm i dont think he was refering to ATRC when he said "that new motorcycle tune" i think he was talking about deep breathe love
youd have to be living under a rock to not see the hype on ATRC

| That's probably because G&D refuse to play it out much so it doesn't get spread all over the place through mp3's. Which I think is a fantastic idea, that way people won't be sick of it before the vinyl is released (ala ATRC). |
