Baaaah what a finish. Perhaps it’s better that we’re playing the US in the consolation final because Deutschland in the final would’ve probably been an embarrassing massacre. Good luck to the Scandinavian blondes because they’ll certainly need it.
I haven’t seen too many women’s games not more than a dozen certainly, but today’s other semifinal between Germany and the US was absolutely phenomenal. That match thoroughly blew me away. That was by far the utmost quality of football I’ve seen women play in my entire life. The composure and the technique Deutschland displayed left me utterly flabbergasted. Even one of the commentators claimed after the game that it was one of the best football matches played in the history of the women’s game.
I’m impressed that Canada has made it thus far and it’s quite an achievement being one of the World’s best 4 teams, there’s no shame in losing to one of the hottest squads.
Fcuk me some of those Swedes are just too sexy

i saw the interview they did with kara lang after the game..poor thing was breakin apart....that one free kick in injury time she was literally a foot away from makin contact with the ball and it woulda gone to extra time....

as for all those people who scorn womens soccer...youre all ignorant...sure they aint as fast as the men nor as technically proficient and smooth but they sure as hell can kick any amateur teams ass and most ty professional teams as well. Those who actually watched a few games this tournament will know what im sayin when i go to all female soccer players out there....
