Ive been looking for some information on using .cue files to split up my mp3 recordings so that I can have individual tracks on my cd when I burn it... The only problem is I have discovered loads of information for doing it in Windows but cant find any info to help me do it on my Apple mac! Any help would be greatly appreciated, at the moment I use Roxio Toast 6 in os 10.2.6

Thanks
Mako

Thanks Mako, unfortunatel that hasnt solved my problem I know that toast supports cue files but getting them to work seems to be a bit of a mission, the instructions are as clear as mud! I have an mp3 file and a corresponding cue file but when I try to import the cue file into toast it asks for the bin file to be in the same directory... I dont know if i have to change the mp3 to a bin file or what!? the mp3 file is in the same directory as the cue file?

Unfortunately the link is dead on that page so im not sure if that would have helped me?

Thanks
Mako

Unfortunately that program seems to be a bit buggy running under 10.2.6 Cant get anything to work on it as the display keeps sticking in the program. Looked so promising aswell! :( I know I should be able to get Toast to do it, just cant figure out how!

I was not able to get Toast to burn from a CUE file....I was able to break a livemix up into separate tracks from a cue file with Cue-Splitter (found it on VersionTracker) and then you can just burn the cd from the split file in either toast or iTunes.

I think Roxio bunged up the cuefile stuff in Toast. Of course I don't have the newest version so it might work now.
