Ok ladies and gentlemen ... I did a search about this and I am still having an unusually difficult time choosing which studio monitors. And I would go to the a store, Guitar Center being the closest which is like an hour away, but they do not have all the choices that I want so I could hear for myself :whip: so I have narrowed it down to:
-Behringer Truth
-Alesis M1 Active
-ESI/EGO Near 05
Can anyone one of you help me decide which ones are the best choice for me. I will be using these for both producing and mixing. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Spend a little more than Alesis M1Actives and get M-Audio BX8. pm me if interested, for a special fellow TA Price.

I bought the Behringer Truth Monitors, excellent sound at a resonable price (369.00 shipped).

| For $20 bucks more than the BX8 you could check out the Event TR8, I hear they are great and very versitile. I especially am getting those because I need speakers that will trasition well between DJing and producing. |
