That's right. Much has been made about the declining music sales, the fading club scene, the disappearance of raves, etc.

Hip-hop has exploded in popularity. It seems like its everywhere now, and like all trends, the bloated popularilty eventually will consume itself and one again return it to the underground.

The fate of the hip-hop world has been decided, and the downturn is quickly upon us...and here's why:

Randy "Macho Man" Savage is releasing a hip-hop album.

That's right, believe it. Better yet, go check it out yourself:
www.machoman.com

I listened to it on the web, and I want my five minutes back. I cannot describe to you have bad this is.

Enjoy.

No, but he calls out Hogan on one of the tracks I heard. Let's hope he doesn't respond with a record of his own.

how has the club scene died, it is back underground where it was to begin with. Hip hop has lost the plot, too bling bling imo.

If the hip-hop community can survive albums by Kobe Bryant, Deion Sanders and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, then so, too, will the Macho Man album come to pass...
