But if Bush can be President then Arnie being a governor doesnt really make me raise an eyebrow.
This kinda stuff wont happen in Australia because we dont have directly elected leaders so they have to fight their way through the party system to become leader. Instead we get Johnny Howard :confused:

They are obviously not required to if arnie wins without the qualifications, however im sure that while in power someone with the knowledge would effectively use it.

arguing that someone with out the knowledge is as good as someone who has the knowledge is total bull. Remember just a few years ago when Kathy Freeman and Kim Beazley were going on about how Kathy would be a good member of the labour party? She would be about as good as Kim Beazley would be at running the 100 metres... |
