tbf though he's clearly a perv for going after a 14 year old girl... but the pic the guy sent him was probably that of some 20 year old porn star or something.
He's nowhere near in the same leauge as the paedo after the 9 year old girl, there are plenty of 14 year old girls who are fully developed. |

Does that make it any better? Regardless of how this 14 year old "looked" this 29 year old knew she was 14 and therefore underdeveloped. If someone sent me a picture of a 10 year old chick who "looked" 18 would that make it ok for me to solicit her for sex? |

The other guy sent him a picture of someone who is probably closer to 29 than 14. So he knows she is 14... in most countries she would only be 1-2 years removed from the age of consent.. It's 18 though in America?
