oakie is supposed to be playing at sugarshack in boro tommorow night
people have told me that a lot of djs dont show up
what do u think it will happen tommorow?
what about pvd on the 24th |

it is true, i rememebr going to see john kelly and scott bond, and listening to 5 hours of oli faulkner play the same set three times instead.

LOL!!
No shows are a real pain in the arse and can really ruin a night especially if the warmup dj hasn't got many records. |

I remember that as one of the test nights out ever five hours of progressive house played so slow a grannie could look good dancing to it and also an hour wait in a phone box to get a taxi and then being threatened with a beating for using the phone oh the fun of skag head boro its just amazing how one place can be.
Having said that i'm goin for pvd but if he doesnt show up i'm demanding a refund and leaving but pvd isnt usually a one for no shows and the john kelly and scott bond thing was a double booking problem. |

heard that oakey was mint last night.
couldnt go as i only just got bak from hols this morn, ill deffo b there for pvd.
if theres lots off the board goin we should have a mini meet up thingy, would b cool to meet a few other members.
btw, i neeeeed me ticket sorting, i know u can get them at flying records in newcastle but is there anywhere i can fone and order them?? |
