well i downloaded it and its pretty good, however the beats dont really go well with it...it somehow turns into a slow breaks track...takes it out of the ambient genre kinda thing.
none the less, its a good track :) |

Sounds pretty nice mate, good alternative remix.
I do agree on the breaks though, they sound a bit 'strange' to go with it. Not bad, but maybe they just don't fit too well.

| Cool beginning.. goes with your memories of the beach you were talking about.. great bass and pads in there... I definitly agree with the percussion thing though, you had a cool idea going with a DnB sort of feel but it needs a little bit of altering and compression in there. Also, be careful of disortion... distortion kills any track no matter how good it is and there is quite a bit in there (you might not hear it, but if there wasn't any distortion you would definitly notice a huge change in clarity) Other wise, good job with the synths in there, sounds really cool. |
