When I was 8 the car my family was riding in got into a pretty nasty head-on with some drunk lady. Thankfully my whole family (even me, by act of fate) were wearing seatbelts and were not too much worse for the wear. Unfortunately, the people in the other car weren't and they were seriously hurt.
In December 2000 I got T-Boned (hit on my side) but was ok because 1) he barely missed hitting exactly where i was sitting 2) I was driving my massive ass Cadillac (which I still drive to this very day) |

passenger, went off a cliff and thrown out the window when I was really young, 4 or 5 maybe.
passenger, was stopped at a red light, and someone hit us from behind, throwing us into oncoming traffic and t-boned - had to get the jaws of life out of that one.
passenger, wrong way on a one way road, got side swiped and thrown onto a sidewalk, almost killing someone.
passenger, drove off a cliff, tearing off the entire bottem of the car.
passenger, lost control around a corner, side swiped a pole, had to be pulled out of the car.
passenger, head on collision with a drunk driver - almost killed my step father, I walked away.
driver - power steering failed and put me into a ditch, flipping the car, breaking my leg and back.
pictures of my car are here: http://users.resentment.org/neoh/car/
I miss my car..
and dancing with broken bones sucks, but something I have to do.
I am extremely accident prone :\

The ex-old lady killed someone one time in an accident, but she was driving and not me. I didn't get hurt, so I don't know if that counts as a yes.
:p

| i got hit broadside by a snowplow who ran a red light. Basically the left side of my car was destroyed. Luckily the beams on my car held because the blade of the plow hit my window and if the beam on my car didnt hold it would have cut my head off. I've got two bulged disks in my neck from it but i was lucky. |

no...well, yes and no.
When I was about 11 or so, I was sitting behind my mom - who drove the car, when a boy drove his bike straight into it. My Mom started crying, she was out of herself. Luckily, beside a few broken bones, the boy sufferred no permanent damage. Luckily! I think my Mom would die, knowing what she has done, even though it wasn't her fault.
Ugh!
Is there a God? Not so long after, my Mom's only brother and sibling, dies in a car accident at the age of 25. He died within a few seconds after a car hit him. :(
Is there a God?
Almost 4 years ago, my brother (age 17) crashes his car. Girlfriend problems at that time. Grrrr! The cost? A broken thigh bone, and a metal stick in it. Luckily, he is still healthy and fit. ;) (But I started smoking during those long hospital visits. Hah.)
Talk about the accidents... I hope there won't be any invloving those I love (or not - for that matter).

| As of right now I never have been in anything major. I have been in a fender bender though, scared me a bit but not too bad. I think everyone will be involved in at least a fender bender at some point in their lifetime, just a theory of mine. |

Yeah... had a motorbike accident.
I was on the motorbike and we hit a car that was turning in front of us without signaling. mother******... :whip:
worst day of my life. |
i'd say that. i'd hate to come off a motorbike at high speed. i'd say the point just before u hit the ground would be seriously scary.. like, flyin along at 80 mph, then smack.. nothin between u at the ground, travelin at 80mph.. ouch |

nothing major yet
two biggest ones would be, 1. where i ran a red light (on my provisional licence, it was a second traffic light, but i didn't know it was also a second intersection)...nice big 4wd with bull bar rams into my right b-pillar. takes out both right side doors and bends the chassis too.
2. wet night, just after turning at an intersection & have to brake quickly because traffic is stopped...but the guy behind me doesn't seem to be able to do the same...screeching tyres on the wet & two head lights slam into the back of my car, sandwiching me between the ute infront :p (car was written off...tho i was more worried about my new mtb in the back :))
...another one was wet night too, speeding down a winding road and hit the gravel...no traction and the car slides into the barrier to stop me falling off the cliff. that was a lucky escape...dented the front left quarter panel and bonnet, also got a flat front left tyre so had to change in the cold & wet before limping home :( |
