Cave - We so krazy [ingoma08] or Umek - Zoombie [RELOOP 008] would fit to a video I think.
Cave - Carima & Chester Beatty - Boogie oogie Oogie are also good as hell, but the're with vocals.
Sandy Warez - Youngness Caribean[INV037038] is also a cool tune, but...with vocal.

Anyway if you wan't to choose tribal, then I think that vocals are at least 1/2 that determine good tribal techno. |

cave is not exaclty tribal [at least not in the tribal house sense]
he's got the tribal influence from brazilian batucada...
and so, if you check him out,
check also dj dero

Although Cave is a real devil on 3-decks. Pespect!
There's a demo-mix from Cave demo-mix. Haven't heard the demo-mix (tracklist is good, some swedisch techno aswell), but Cave's Club Extract set in 2002 gives me a clue what it might be like. 3-deck spinning pure. Not sure, but I think he's been mixing for 5 years...and to gain that level! I have to say respect one more time. |
