As far as I know you dont have to take a test.
I personally think you should have to do a test so the mental old people dont get them.

when u get hit by these ing massive oversized flymos, it hurts esp when it hits u in the calf muscles, it like...numbs them and u fall towards the floor.
that incident happened to me when i was getting a drink from lidls...so there i was reaching for a 2 litre bottle of cola, with skateboard in in arm and a bag on my back. when all of a sudden, some old zooms past me at like 10mph and clips the back of my left calf (behind the shins)
'OW !'
and it was some old guy who couldnt hear well and he muurd out 'pardon me' pardon u indeed...taking me legs out like that...so i staggered towards the till and buggered off with a buggered leg
so theres a lesson to be learnt here...
stay away from old ppl in their 'tanks' they pretend to not know when u confront them and bam! they try to chop ur legs up...

| Aye I saw that on the news earlier Tyrell. Aye Slinkyskev I think really old people who use them need to take tests as them things are quite dangerous like a the weight of person and weight of one of them things slamming into you at a speed can't be to great. |

| i cant remember y but i was looking out my wiundow the other day, and saw an old lady in one of them coming up the road in one of them. i live in a dead end so she wasnt holding anyone up or anything. but she came up the road, turned round, and then drove off back down the road! i was pissing myself with laughter, and from where i was it looked like she was smiling as well, probably did it for a laugh. ing nutter. |
