I kinda like all the seasons and hate them for their own characteristics. |
it all depends whom you get to spend them with. I cannot wait to spend winter with my GF! Hot cocoa, warm blanket and cold clear skies time :D
yay! |

well, i understand that completely.. winter does have it's beautiful things to do alone. Trust me, running the blizzard last winter was the best thing ever.. just me and the silence of the snow falling around me.. then the odd plow clearing teh roads of worcester, mass... yes that was sooo nice :) |

| I love the different varietys of the weather here in Canada, when I lived in England it was rain rain and more rain, with abit of sun every now and then, but here I get the best of both worlds, I get nice hot summers, to go out and do stuff, then the snowy winters, for christmas and snowboarding and a bunch of other stuff, I have never got depressed cos of the weather, and I never will, I know allot of people that just want it to be sunny and 20C outside all the time, but if it was like that I wouldn't like it, I'd get bored, and really wouldn't like it round christmas, I really think that you have to find the best parts about the seasons and just enjoy yourself, and just so you know I am single, so there is no cuddling by the fire with a girlfriend for me, but I don't care there is still plenty to do, even though that would be nice.:D |

I'm sorry, but half the "disorders" they come up with are bull. And this is one of them.
Do they really have to slap a name on everything these days? |

i definetely agree. It is a way for the pharmaceutical (spelling?) industry to sell more drugs. If you have a drug that doesn't sell why don't you create a market for it. I mean you see all these ad's on TV about "Social Anxiety Disorder", which is basically playing on people's fear. People might think that they are not outgoing enough and then buy the product that is supposed to help them be more likeable.. |

well yeah, i totally agree
i took a psychology class last year and did a paper on ADD and i went over the symptoms with people who knew me well and i'm pretty sure that i have it, but don't wanna be a puss and take pills for it
i can get by without spending hard earned money on stuff i don't really need
marajuana being a gateway drug, prescription drugs are far worse
and wtf is with drug ads on tv that dont' tell you what the drug in does?
whats the point!!! :whip: :whip: :whip: |
