i have room here for people to stay.. i always open up my home.. but i do have kids so during the day if you want rest you'll have to lock the doors upstairs.. and i'll probably be taking them out somewhere on sunday anyways so they won't be here to bother anyone!

Hey guys,
Saw the entire set. Shiram came on first which was unusual. They got on at 1 and played till 5.
Over all - very good set. It was very interesting to me because I was up in Toronto last weekend and saw them their. They played almost identically to the set in Toronto @ The Guv.
Highlights for me: Bronsky Beat remix, Dido, and that really soulful track with the male vocal - anyone know this track?
My only disappointment is that Glow's sound could be better. In fact, I wish DC clubs would get better sound. I love the Phazon systems! I wish we could get one down here! :) |

OMGoodness!! --- what an amazing night!
I honestly think that i had more fun at deep dish than I did at starscape and that is saying a whole freakin lot. Besides being my best time at glow.. for me that was the best time I have ever had at a club or any such event!
In my opinion that was a killer set. I didnt' know every song.. and I'm not good at tracklisting like many others on this forum.. but i didn't stop dancing.. even at the bar i was dancing!
I've kinda had this night planned for awhile.. my friend Ptah drove up from JMU to join us.. originally we were going to go to PVD together.. but things didn't work out so deep dish was better for us.. and I'm sooooooo glad it worked out this way... he's absolutely mezmorizing on the dance floor.. and unlike PVD we had the space to actually dance this week!..
I think the prices of the tix provided the perfect crowd.. it was basically a big crowd of pure fans... everyone was dancing.. there wasn't much standing around by anyone .. even at the end of the night! I dancually clicked with everyone there.. we were just all over the place just having a blast!.. It was a little hot.. so we'd go by the fans which would get a little crowded and then back over to the sides where we had much more room to dance.. then up to VIP and take over dancing in the open spaces there!.. just dance, dance, dance! Oh and i was the ice sudductress... LOL!
My shout outs!! - Gerald (i forgot your TA name sorry).. your personality is just a beeming one.. it started my night out with a smile thanks a million!! .. oh and thanks for showing me how the line cutting thing works ::::;PTAH - 10 always! Thanks a million for driving up just for this! A million hugs.. still my favorite on the dance floor! :::: DORKFACE:::GIRL.. hehehe.. we rocked! -- how i've ever survived without you.. i may never know.. :::Vtec - thanks for introducing me to deep dish way back! ::::dboy - dude.. always a pleasure running into you!....Acuraboy::total props man.. no one so far has ever been able to hang and dance as long as me dude and you were even with us on Friday night for BT man! YOU ARE AWESOME.. (only cuz your a great dancer---ROFL).. *smiles*.. Dorkface and I have officially adopted you as part of our group::: thanks everyone.. |
