You know the "Time Travel" thread on this Chill Out forum, someone suggested the website www.johntitor.com, in where a time traveller came and told everyone what will happen...you can believe it or not...
BUT about 2-3 years ago on that website he actually said that China would send a man to orbit...pretty freaky if you think about it now. |

I read parts of John Tittors posts and I can't say that I can accept that this guy is actually from the future.
Time is an illusion, it does not exist in nature. Only change exists in nature. Time is a system of measurement, it's how we measure change. RIght now it is no more 2003 then it is 203. We all live in exactly the same instant, the difference being is that change occures. People die, civilizations collapse, new ones spring up and so forth. Time is a system the human mind has created to keep track of that change. It's no different to centemetres or kilometers. You can't say that a mile exists that's just silly. But a mile of land on the other hadn does exist.
If you wanted to go back to say the year 1990, you'd have to undo all the changes that have occured since then. So you can't go back in time because you cannot undo change. Einsteins Reltivity explains this alot better but unfortunatly the physics of it is far too complex for most people. |

Ehh, China has been developing all that space stuff for a decade, it was only a matter of time... hardly a surprising prediction. |

Wow not such a hard thing to guess since china has been announcing that for the last several years. I can give you some more predictions if you want. In the next several years, India will launch its own astronaut into space as well while China will start a massive moon exploration program. India will follow with that and probably within next 20 years will both countries have their own astronauts on the moon. |

| Wow! I never even knew they were going all out in the somewhat lagged space race. The frightening thing is that my friend told me a year or so back "In 10 - 20 years the Chinese will take over as the new West" and it seems as if they're deffinitely taking the neccessary steps towards that :P Go figure. |

They will. They account for a third of the worlds pop. 2 billion, 7 there are 1 billion Indian people. In the second half of thi century they will be the major international powers, America & Europe will be their bitches. |
