I'm almost ready to record my train wrecks. Do you guys have any (free) programs you like to record? I have my mixer hooked directly to the line in of my computer sound card.

This is a listing I have so far.. just hoping to narrow it down

when i like to 'record my trainwrecks' i use "advanced mp3/wma recorder". its pretty easy to use, quality is damn good, and you can choose between wav mp3 and wma. i recommend it for sure

btw, the title for this thread is 'audio editing program'. you may want to rename it to audio recording program to get more input. if you do want to know a good audio editing program, check out sonic foundry ACID pro. good . i use it when editing music etc etc.
