| So who do you think will win it this time to take the ALCS? I hope that Martinez and the Red Sox take it all and win the WS. It is about time the win it and rid the "Bambino Curse". 1918 is a long time not to win the WS. Yankees won it enough and the Marlins haven't been around long enough. I would make this a poll but don't know how to do it yet. |

| I have to go with Pedro on this one. Granted, Clemens is a great pitcher but in a situation like this i like Pedro...IMO the winner of this game will be the winner of the WS |

Red Sox should have won this game, just like the Cubs should have knocked off the Marlins. I guess these curses do exist. I'm feeling sorry for everyone living in Chicago and Boston. I don't think these two teams will have another great chance like this for quite some time. Hopefully I'll get to live to see one of them win someday.

| What a game! I never thought I would say this but the Red Sox are a fun team to watch. In the end though, the Yankees were just well... too much Yankee for them. |

... but maybe i should. i thought that this was the Red Sox year. there were so many what-if's running though my head. i thought for sure thr Sox would have had game 7. one of the what-if's was when they kept Pedro in there too long. since that loss, i didn't have the desire to watch the WS. i don't even know who is ahead. i sure hope that the marlins win it. as for Pedro vs. Zimmer, i thought that Zimmer deserved it. what would someone expect Pedro to do? run away?
i just hope next year the Sox will do as well next season as this one except for Oct. |
