Yah good call. A few days ago I started to write this whole thing on how I thought since Heather and Markus got back we should get on the ball and make definite plans for the bbq.. and THENNNNNNNNN my POS comp froze and I was too irritated and frustrated to try and re-write it.
Basically what I said was that just based upon the prior postings in the thread regarding when people could make it (and I know there are still alot of you who did not respond); I realized that the best time would prob be in the
*2nd week(or later) of December*
since those that had traveled elsewhere for Thanksgiving would be back.. and those who had plans to leave for Xmas would still be here. I think the best way to plan it is that :
EVERYONE POST WHEN THEY CAN MAKE THE BBQ
and then just pick a definite date based collectively upon everyone's responses. It won't be perfect and it won't be convenient for everyone but I think its the best way to make a decision as to avoid a million postings from everyone with conflicting opinions about it! I would really like to see this happen and I hope everyone is still down to do it. Plus alot more people have signed up on here since the original idea so I feel like it'll be twice as big and twice as much fun if we go through with it!!!!
So, if you guys wanna go.. let's start with their dates! :toocool:

Lets just get this plan for the love of god, whatever equipment, other misc. stuff that we did, I will go wherever u need to pick up since i have a truck so we are all set for moving whatever, so cmon sometime in dec or whenever before this year ends!!!

Well any day I should be able to make it as long as its decided enough in advance.. except 12/10 - 12/14
So...
- pick a place
- pick a date & time
- get some djs (markus + some TAs)
- let everyone know
- buy food & booze |

Any time is good for me ( I have to go away one weekend but im not going to disclose when) If im here I will HELP. If im not, Just have a lot of fun And I will send some good steaks with Mirian to the Bbq.
