How many feminists does it take to screw in a lightbulb? then I said sometihng like 5, 1 to stand there and screw in the bulb while I grab her boobs and nail her from behind, and 4 more feminists for me to have domination sex with as I slap them....it was funnier at the time, and I cant remember what I said. She screamed at me though. Bitch...

Here is a bit of mumbo jumbo i grabbed from a multi-culturalism class that means absolutely nothing, yet people adhere to it fanatically:

We are looking for people to treat us equally, not the same!

Discuss.

a) if it's not a phrase out of context.
b) if the overall content is not against my beliefs
c) if i can check the final result before publishing, and i'm ok with it :P
d) if i can put my picture on it :haha: and i'm given full credits including a fancy introduction

second question:

Classic Question:

Besides making babies what are they better than men @? (Cooking doesnt count, Iron Chef has no women!)

I ask, have asked, and will continue to ask where I've stated this. How can one logically interpret "women and men are not equal" to "women are less than men?" That's the brainwashing I'm talking about - this utter nonsense people buy into that suggests that if two things aren't exactly the same, then one has to be better than the other.

Anyways, i would like to see you experience more of the world and meet more people in order for you to have a better understanding of the true state of this situation.

That's all well and good, but you seem to be making assumptions about who I've met. To be perfectly blunt, I've met more characters in this world than I ever wanted to meet, and that's largely responsible for why I am who I am and why I say what I say.

I have never for one moment tried to degrade women in any of my posts, save for saying that certain women I've met have displayed ineptitude in things they claim they should have the right to be doing. To say they haven't been doing it for as long makes no sense - the women my age (even twice my age) have been voting for as long as or longer than I have. How can you correlate the "inexperience" of women at large to a single woman's inexperience? Are you saying that women have some sort of collective consciousness? If we are to accept the claim that women are truly equal to men in this regard, then they should be just as well-equipped to make informed voting decisions as their male counterparts, and yet for some reason, a lot of them don't.

Yes, femminists suck

In actual fact, I didn't say that. I said that feminism, at its origins, had an intrinsic will to cause chaos. Before you interpret this as women-bashing, I urge you to look at some of the links I posted like the SCUM paper, and do your own research, before condemning the things I say. Type in "gloria steinem katharine graham" into google and take a look at some of the results you get.

quote:
so do people who generalize.

Which I'm not doing. I'm commenting as feminism as a doctrine, which is quite well-documented in terms of its philosophy and its history. This has little if anything to do with the average women, except to the extent that they've been brought up in a society with very twisted morals. As have men - and I believe that the average man today is also naive, desperate, pathetic. I don't favour one gender over the other, I think both are pretty ed up these days, but I strongly believe in what I've stated to be the root cause of it, and I have no choice but to reject any counter-arguments that are devoid of logic and full of meaningless platitudes and sound bites.

quote:
None, the world is still predominatly run by men.

Does the fact that men are in power logically preclude the possibility of women being in such a position?

Have you considered the possibility that you're committing the joint effect fallacy, also known as "Ignoring a common cause?"

And no, I haven't specified what that cause is. So don't make assumptions. I'm simply stating that it's wrong to assume that women are opressed simply because they aren't in power.

quote:
But the truth is, alot of women are discrimiated, and maybe you would see this more if you were a women. I applied for a job once and i didn't get it because i wasn't a man. They didn't even hesitate to tell me that was the reason, i was more then qualified for the job.

They actually told you that they wouldn't give you the job because you were a woman?

I find that odd. But to offer a possible explanation that you may not have thought of, I will tell you about a case I learned about in a law class. The Big Brothers Association (I believe it was them) was on a round of hiring, and they had an obviously gay [effeminate] man apply for the job. They knew that making a judgment based on that would be discrimination, but they also knew that there could have been a public outcry over hiring him. So what did they do? They told him up-front, we can't hire you because you're gay, and if you have a problem with that, take it to court (*HINT HINT*). In essence, the plan was to have the courts make the decision based on legal principles, and indeed, I believe the case was taken to court and won and he was hired. They wanted to hire him, but were worried about public opinion, so the whole situation was reduced to a formality wherein they could hire him without gathering any negative publicity.

Now, I know this probably doesn't apply directly to your situation, but again, it's very surprising that they would tell you such a thing outright, do you think it's possible that they were hinting at something else?

But anyway, maybe I'm way off base and they were simply being a bunch of jerks. In which case, that is truly sad and I feel bad that you had to experience that. However, I see an equal number of cases of reverse discrimination where women are hired over better-qualified men because they simply haven't met their quota of women (or blacks, hispanics, Asians, what have you). I find that equally sad. Reverse discrimination, cleverly disguised as "equal" rights, is no better than a cheap perfume, attempting to hide the underlying problem (discriminatory hiring practices) without getting rid of it.

Anyway, I've gone off-topic, but hope that cleared a few things up. Again, please don't interpret passion for a cause as bitterness. I'm simply trying to dispel certain myths here. I'm not out to prove the superiority of any gender or race, and I have to say that anyone who seriously believes I am must not really be listening to me.
