So I guess it all depends on what you're looking for in life.

Well, women's attitudes do change when they get older. What were you like when you were say, 21? 18? Around 25 is usually the age when women and men alike are more willing to "settle down", but sometimes it takes 'til 30 or later. And maybe some of you think I can't know this because I'm only 20, but I've spent most of my life around older people, including but not limited to my 3 siblings all over 10 years older, so I know what happens.

As a general rule, the games are supposed to stop when the relationship gets steady... i.e. when both people move past that "infatuation" stage. That takes at least a few months, then you're in that comfort zone. Before then, though, it is a game whether you like it or not, and choosing not to play is as good as standing in the corner and watching the other team (i.e. the other guys) win.

i know this might sound shallow, but getting to that comfort zone where u think it's ok if u don't shave your legs or pits and start to "let yourself go", is the reason for the high divorce rate. it's important to keep things alive no matter how long you've been together in my opinion. of course, it should be ok to have morning breath and let your man see you without your "face" on, but the key word is "moderation". i am really big on being comfortable with a guy, but i mean more mentally comfortable than physically.

i also think it's important to maintain a healthy connection to that person as well. i'm a big fan of married couples who go on vacation (from each other) like once a year. i knew a few women who still go on a cruise every summer with their girlfriends from college even though they are married. their husbands also take a trip with the guys to go golfing or whatever older married men do (the ones who don't screw their secretaries). i think that's awesome. it gives you a chance to wind down and actually miss each other.

i don't really consier all of that "games". playing games would be like trying to make someone jealous or lying about to make yourself look cool. we're talking about loving yourself before you love someone else and how that can be an obvious thing and make you more attractive.

I say under 30 is when things are more about physical looks for alot of people. Ive seen alot of people who dont really care about looks and focus more on personality and someone who they could be serious to settle down with.

At my age im more about looks and ect. No lie it does feel good when you have an attractive girlfriend and im sure its the same the other way around with the girls out there. Its more of a mental thing than anything. Personality has to go a long with looks IMO. Like stated above there are those girls that like guys more when treated like an but then again, once someone else comes along that is nice and has better looks (to them) there gone. Thats why you have to always treat a girl good and girls visa versa, if your going to be an be an when they act up ;).

I disagree. If a man really loves his wife then he'll find her sexy all the time, including those couples times a month when she doesn't shave. And how come you're trying to endorse this whole take a trip away from ----- thing? I was with my fiance for 3 years before he passed on and we couldn't get enough of each other. It totally depends on the people who r involved in the situation. Why would you want time away from your wife I don't get it!

I'm with Slylee on this one. Relationships require maintaining, and some of that involves not letting yourself go, and continuing to put an effort into your appearance for your partner.

what does not shaving (i'm talking about a little non visible stubble) for a few days a month have to do with letting yourself go? I always worse sexy clothes and makeup for my fiance, not all the time, but a lot of the time ya I did. I think it's all about balance. Do you really want some girl being prim and perfect all the time? If she's perfect all the time then you'll never appreciate the times she loooks really hot.

Oh and whats up with guys who get comfortable really fast and fart and belch? That's a big pet peeve of mine. You guys can't tell me that you all look perfect and cleanshaven for your gfs 24/7 (I'm talking about serious relationships here ie living together).

Yeah i was being more general, not leg-shaving specifically. Heck, I'm so oblivious I probably wouldn't notice if a girl didn't shave for a week...
