India-Pakistan Situation Getting Better?

I just found this article and it caught my eye:

It looks like at least on the surface India is ratcheting down its rhetoric a bit. They still are reufsing to talk to Pakistan until they stop supporting "cross-border terrorism".
I personally find it surprising that India has made any overtures at all seeing as they have been the more stubborn side in the matter over the last couple of years.
Hopefully this will be a step down the road to a real solution to the issues there.

i hope it works out. the idea of open transpostation routes between kashmir(s) may be a good first step. i think the conflict may have peaked with the demonstration of nuclear capability, and both sides may be tired of the threat of war

kind of off, but: im sure some of you saw that robin williams live on broadway special on hbo a few yrs back....

Yeah I saw that....that was an insane stand-up preformance "Robin Williams - Live on Broadway" was the titile I think. Robin Williams is great. :D

Robin Williams is so much cooler then Indian and Pakistan.
... Actually Indians' and Pakistanis' are pretty funny too now that I think of it...;) |
