I just have a quick question. How exactly do you create an FTP site? Does it cost money? Do you just use ws_ftp or some other ftp client? Any help would be appreciated.

You have to understand the basics of FTP(file transfer protocol) before you attemp to setup a server. Though, there are many packages out there that don't require you to know anything. I run a software package call G6 FTP (look it up on the web). You have to have a nice amount of bandwidth and lots of HD space (Currently, I have a T1 with over 120gig HD space). Cable, DSL, & Dial-up are usually too slow.
